History

Deluxe Packages, a subsidiary of privately held Paperboard Packaging Corporation, was founded by Jack Williams in 1969.

In February 1969, PPC acquired Deluxe Packages in South Gate, California. That original plant expanded until 1982 when it moved to a new facility in Santa Fe Springs in Southern California.

Deluxe Packages acquired Hobar Company in Redwood City in the early seventies. In 1981, it also purchased the former Milprint plant in South San Francisco. These two facilities were combined into our new facility in Yuba City in 1991.

Mark Williams became President and CEO in 1999.

In late 2010, all plant operations were consolidated at the 100,000 square foot Yuba City facility.

On January 4, 2016 Deluxe Packages became part of Amcor Flexibles Americas.
